When Tracy Anderson began work on the Tracy Anderson Method she soon learned that there was no exercise equipment or exercise plans that were designed to assist in the workout she wanted. Instead of continuing the fruitless search, she instead created her own – the end result is the Hybrid Body Reformer (HBR).
